I can't hear any sound from my speakers, what's wrong?
Please follow these steps: - Ensure you have new / charged batteries inserted the correct way around in the speakers - Make sure the unit is switched ON (green LED on the front of the unit indicates speakers are ON) - Repeatedly press the top volume button to ensure the volume is turned up - Ensure the music is playing on your device - Turn the volume up on your device
